Base Pads (Levelling Pads)

Base pad is a device made up of many metal parts, kept underneath the machine legs to level the machine with respect to gravity. It is very important to level the machine for its smooth working and long running. In any company whenever we place a machine, it cannot get proper level. Without pads it is difficult to keep proper level of machine. Hence, we use a kind of device which is known as levelling pads.

Base pads (Levelling pads) are of various types. Some are simple screw type and some are flat face type. We should apply such pads, where machine won’t get jerks. If necessary, we can increase the height of machine`s working level by giving support bracket at the bottom.

We at Base Pads , manufacture all types of base support devices as per client’s requirement. Special base pads in three different sizes are manufactured. Small base pad is for machines upto 2 tons weight, Medium base pad is for machines upto 4 tons weight and Large size pads from machines upto 10 tons weight.

We also do complete design of the machine base pads to suit particular machine.
