Internal Gears

Internal gears are manufactured by shaping process on gear shaper. Internal gears are generally used in planetary gear system to manufacture ring gears in the set of sun gear, planetary gears and ring gear. Shaper cutter is inserted into the ring to cut internal gear teeth with reciprocating action. The teeth can be spur or helical depends upon the requirement.

We at Yashdeep engineering cut internal gear teeth from 0.3 module to 4 module. We cut internal teeth on Carbon steel, Forged steel, Case hardening steel, poly acetal (plastic), aluminium etc.

Generally, we manufacture these gears in bulk quantity.
