Infrastructure To Manufacture Transmission Items
We have good strength of manufacturing transmission items like Gears, sprockets, Timer pulleys and planetary gear boxes. Beside designing capabilities for all items, following is the list of machineries we have for Gear manufacturing.
1. HOBBING MACHINES : We have 5nos hobbing machines for Gear teeth making.
Make : Lambert – Germany, Tos – Czech republic and Mikron – Switzerland.
Capacity : 100 nos to 6000 nos per day, depending upon teeth size.
Size of gears can be produced : 0.3 module to 6 module and 85 dp to 4 dp.
Dia 8mm to 600mm and Length 8mm to 500mm.
2. Gear shaping machine : We have gear shaper for Internal gears and Integrated gears teeth making. ( Integrated gears - multiple gears at some distance on one shaft )
Make : Lorenz – Germany.
Capacity : 10 nos to 300 nos per day depending upon teeth size.
Size of gears can be produced : 0.3 module to 4 module and 85 dp to 6 dp.
Dia 8mm to 200mm and Length 2mm to 75mm.
3. Universal Cylindrical Grinding machine : We have Toss make cylindrical grinding machine.
Make : Tos – Czech republic.
Capacity : 10 to 500 components per day depending upon size.
Size of Components to be grind : 300 mm dia x 800 mm Long.
4. Universal Milling machine : We have Universal milling machine.
Make : Bhagson - India.
Capacity : 10 to 500 components per day.
Size of Components to be milled : 500 mm x 500 x 700 mm.
5. Dividing head : We have Cincinnati make dividing head.
Make : Cincinnati – United states of America.
This head mainly used to manufacture Bevel gears and to divide any number of equal parts.
This head equipped with thru chuck.
6. Drilling machines : 2nos equipped with accurate distribution device.
7. Deburring machine : This is used to remove burs on gear teeth.
8. Gear tester : This Inspection device is used alongwith Master gear to acertain the accuracy of gears.
9. Flange Micrometer : These micrometers are used to measure the span of gear teeth. We have all sizes of these micrometers.
10. Vernier callipers : We have all sizes of vernier calipers.
11. Bore gauge : This instrument is used to measure the bore of Shafts and flanges.
12. Hobs and milling cutters : We have all sizes of hobs and required milling cutters.
13. We have different sizes of arbours.
14. We have many other instruments used to Manufacture and measure the accuracy of Gears teeth.
