Spur gears or helical gears can be made integrally on shafts so that they can be used as gears as well as shafts for transmission. Gear shafts are required for specific applications where both ends of the shafts are fastened in bearings and one end of shaft can be connected to driving element like motor. It has immense applications in various machineries and gear boxes.

We at Yashdeep engineering, cut gear teeth from 0.3 module to 6 module, both spur and helical gears, with dia range 10mm to 100mm and length up to 800mm. We cut helical teeth on Carbon steel, Forged steel, Case hardening steel, Hylum, poly acetal (plastic), aluminium etc.
